Step 1: Have you been pre-approved by a lender?
If not, there are so many options out there to choose from. I naturally have my personal opinions about many.....good, bad, and ugly. With that being said I have lenders I work closely with I've had to work diligently to find. If you need a lender, contact me.... I'll get you connected with someone to take you by the hand and show you the way. (I'm not compensated by lenders and have no vested interest other than wanting the best to work with my clients).
Step 2: If approved, your lender can make suggestions to you on what type of loan would probably work best for you.
There's many to choose from and all have different options. Your lender is the person you'll want to ask any questions about anything pertaining to the loan or loan process.
Step 3: Please give your lender my contact information and please also give me theirs.
We will be working together, closely behind the scenes, so we will need to be in contact.
Step 4: Your lender has provided your pre-approval letter to me stating how much you may spend on a property.
This is needed before we look at any properties or make any purchase offers.
Step 5: We figure out what your search criteria consist of.
IE: School zone, size of the home, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms, etc. Once we get a sense of what you're looking for, I will put you on auto notifications of new properties for sale sent directly to your e-mail as they immediately become available.
Step 6: We start physically looking at properties at your convenience.
OR if you're busy like many.... I have the ability to preview properties and detail video them for you. All without leaving your home, work, or just life in general. This highly effective approach helps eliminate properties off your list and narrows the search down much more effectively.
Step 7: Alternative to all of the above, search for properties without the attachment!
