Step 1: See what the value of your home is.
Step 2: I will give you the rundown on your estimated costs associated with selling and just how much you're walking away with when it's all said and done.
Step 3: I will take a quick tour of your home with you asking questions along the way and get a more concrete sales price.
Step 4: After all parties have agreed to the listing terms and some paperwork is signed... we get a sign in the yard advertising "coming soon" (this draws curiosity and conversation about your home we haven't listed yet).
Step 5: Before we schedule photos, you will want to have the yard freshly maintained, de-clutter in general (I will elaborate on what would need to be done in your situation), any maintenance issues that need to be taken care of and give your home a good cleaning overall.
Step 6: Photos are scheduled and taken, your home is listed on the MLS by the agreed date.
Step 7: Someone falls in love with your home, they put an offer in and if you accept... the rest is history!
